Assam Laksa Vegetable Soup

I am craving for something sour, Assam Laksa vegetable soup that is.  Avoid eating meat, the ingredients are purely vegetable.

    I love sour taste! Are you a vegetarian? I am and find it hard to find vegetarian TomYam or Laksa. Have to go to restaurant pay a bomb, no vegetarian hawker sell vegetarian TomYam or Laksa. I normally cook TomYam at home but never try Laksa.

    I am not a vegetarian but love to eat vegetarian for health reason.
