Fish Cake Mixed Vegetable Tomato Fried Rice, Easy home cooking

For a lazy weekend, I would think of a way to cook up fast meal for my family..thus this fried rice recipe came about..I like what I cooked and like the taste too..and would like to share it here..

 

After a lovely 1 plate meal, I could have the time to take a good nap in the afternoon to catch up with my beauty sleep.

Sauteed Patola with Button Mushrooms

When our girl asked whether she can have button mushrooms in the dishes or not, we have to find ways to cook up something to satisfy her request, that's how this Sauteed Patola with Button Mushrooms dish came about.  Button Mushroom shape is like a round ball, children tend like it.  

To make our home cooking simple, we just opened the can button mushrooms, rinse and add them into the Patola with same leftover fish cake.
