Bitter Gourd with Chinese Sausage

We enjoyed this dishes very much.  I would say the sweet and saltiness of the Chinese sausage blend very well with the bitterness of bitter gourd. :D

Crunchy green pepper with minced beef

I love to eat raw green pepper with other vegetable as salad, I also like it slightly cooked to maintain it crunchiness just like this one I cooked with minced beef and onions. I purposely made a lot of sauce with it so that my girls can mix the sauce with rice as I did not boil any soup for their meals that day.

Chinese Long Beans with eggs

Chinese long beans also known as yardlong bean. It is a widely grown plant in the warmer part of the South East Asia countries and Southern China.

I bought 300g of the organic Chinese long beans at RM9.00 per kilo, enough to make a dish for dinner.

I diced the beans into smaller pieces, fried with some garlic and eggs. One of the simplest dishes that I cook.
