I love puff pastry, am great that we can buy ready made frozen pastry from the shop, it makes us so much easier to bake puff pastry with the fillings that we want, simply at home. This is one of the recipes they my family enjoy.

Puff Pastry Egg Tart

Many of us prefer the puff pastry egg tart.  Only if we could make some thing similar like these egg tart, we are well on our way to a start an egg tart business.

Cream of mushroom & chicken puff

I used the ready made puff pastry for making this cream of mushroom & chicken puff. To my surprise the puff texture are fantastic, with the cream of mushroom and chicken fillings, it made the perfect puff for any occasion and tea time. I have posted the recipe here. Try it out, you will love it.
