Chinese long beans also known as yardlong bean. It is a widely grown plant in the warmer part of the South East Asia countries and Southern China. I bought 300g of the organic Chinese long beans at RM9.00 per kilo, enough to make a dish for dinner.
I diced the beans into smaller pieces, fried with some garlic and eggs. One of the simplest dishes that I cook.
